Bacardi Travel Retail Division has unveiled details of its inaugural Bacardi Spirit for Life Award at the 2010 Duty Free Show of the Americas.To support the efforts of leaders in the travel retail industry, the first annual award will be presented on 22 February at the IAADFS-run show, the company said.
US. Brown-Forman Duty Free will unveil arguably the world’s most expensive spirits container – a Chambord liqueur bottle adorned with US$3 million worth of diamonds, gold and pearls – at the IAADFS Duty Free Show of the Americas this month. Designed by international jeweler Donald Edge, the appearance of the pricey Chambord bottle at the show is the fourth stop on a worldwide tour that has so far covered London, Berlin, New York and now Orlando. INTERNATIONAL. Diageo Global Travel & Middle East has defied difficult conditions to turn in a robust first-half performance. “Across all four of my regions we had growth, which is very different to where we were last year,” Managing Director Phil Humphreys told The Moodie Report.
